Once the request has been made, it must be processed and approved by the Customer Service Department of REINO de juguetes. When the exchange or return has been authorized, the product must be sent with the order number and full name of the person who placed the order to the following address:

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make any exchange or return by Reino de Juguetes in accordance with current legislation.

In any case, as stated above, the costs of the return or exchange will be borne by the customer, so it must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us of his decision via the customer account.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by the customer of this right is sent before the expiry of the corresponding period of 14 days from receipt of the order.

REINO de Juguetes works with private courier services for all shipments and collections, thus ensuring the proper receipt of all items, the customer can tell us if you want to pick up your merchandise by our courier or on the contrary, send us the product to exchange or return by another courier company, it will always be under your responsibility, and remembering that it must reach our offices in perfect condition.

If there is any problem (deterioration, loss of the shipment, etc.) as a result of the customer's choice, Reino de Juguetes will not be responsible for this situation or for any complications that may arise.

In order to proceed with the refund or exchange of an item, it must arrive at our offices in perfect condition. NO refunds or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances for products with open packaging, used, broken, stained, without a label or without the original packaging. In other words, the products must be in their original condition, unless they are defective at the factory.

If the product to be returned is music, cinema, video games, etc., these must be in their original packaging, in good condition and unsealed.

Clothing will only be accepted for return when it comes with the label and original packaging. If it is underwear or a swimming costume, no exchange will be made due to hygiene reasons.

In the case of pre-sales made through you will not be able to cancel your purchase. If an amount has been paid as payment for the pre-sale, this will not be refunded if the purchase is cancelled after the order has been placed.

If it is a personalised product, no exchange will be made.

When it is a change of article due to a change of size or because the product is defective, the corresponding refund will be processed in accordance with current legislation.

All products, according to current legislation, have a 3 year guarantee. In the event that a product has a defect in that period of time, it should be returned to REINO de juguetes and wait for the approval of the return by the customer service department. Once the return has been approved, the product will be replaced. In the event that there is no possibility of replacing the product, we will proceed to the payment of the same.

If the product sent does not correspond to the one ordered, the return will have to be processed and once approved, it will be sent again correctly and at no additional cost. Depending on the place of destination, this new shipment will have to be managed in relation to the corresponding transport company.

All cases of withdrawal, in terms of shipping costs and return of products will be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and complementary regulations.

Refund of amounts paid

All refunds will be made in the same method of payment that was used for the purchase.

REINO de juguetes will not refund or reship merchandise until it has verified the items originally purchased and checked their condition. In the event that the refund is approved, the original price of the product will be refunded, not including, in any case, shipping costs. These will only be refunded when the reason for the refund is the sole and exclusive fault of REINO de juguetes or when the product has a defect.

This return process will be carried out within a maximum period of 15 days from the approval of the same.

The amount to be refunded is the amount that originally appeared in the order, except for transport costs. These will only be paid in the event that REINO de juguetes is responsible for the cause of the return of the product or that the product has a defect.

Availability of products

The availability of products offered on is valid as long as the products are visible in the same, with the usual stock available. As it is an e-commerce, the stock is updated online, so it could happen, from time to time, that during the purchase process the stock runs out, not being able, in that case, to finish the initiated sale.

In that situation of stock out of stock or unavailability of any product, REINO de juguetes will contact you to notify you immediately and give you a solution. In the event that it was impossible to serve the product purchased, we would proceed to the cancellation of the same and would make the full refund.

Within 30 days after the purchase of the product, the customer may request a refund of the purchase price.
