Changes and/or refunds and right of withdrawal

The shipping costs/return will always be the responsibility of the customer. The initial shipping charges, as well as the commission by payment on delivery, are non-refundable.
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to make any exchange or refund without additional charge by Kingdom of Toys in accordance with the legislation in force. After these 14 days, you will have to pay some management fees of 10€ per order to be able to proceed the exchange or refund requested.
In any case, the expenses arising from the return or exchange will be borne by the client, as well as, you will have to assume the direct cost of returning the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision through your customer account.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise by you of this right is sent before the expiry of the period of 14 days from the receipt of your order.
Kingdom of Toys works with courier services for all deliveries and pick-ups, ensuring this way the correct reception of all the items, the customer will be able to tell us if you want to pick up your goods by our courier, or on the contrary, make the product exchange or return for any other courier company, will be always under your responsibility, and remembering that you must come to our offices in perfect condition.
If there is a problem (deterioration, loss of shipment, etc) as a result of the election on the part of the client, Kingdom of Toys will not be responsible for such a situation or the complications that may arise.
To be able to proceed to the refund or the change of an article, this must come to our offices in perfect condition. We WILL NOT ACCEPT, under any circumstances refunds or exchanges of products used, broken, stained, that come without a label or without the original packaging.
The products that you will have to apply a dry-cleaning by getting in a poor state, will be deducted from the client 9,99 Euros for use of dry-cleaning.
1.- Wigs (The wigs are not changed nor refunded under any circumstances) The wigs will not be changed or returned unless exceptions are very specific,for Hygiene to our customers.
2.- The Dresses Have to be Hand Washed, If a garment suffers any damage by washing with a washing machine in any case will be returned or exchanged.
When is a change item for size exchange or for being defective this product will be processed and a bonus for the customer to re-purchase the item on our website so that you do not pay back the money in any case.
Custom products are not exchangeable or returnable under any circumstances, as well as the wigs for hygiene reasons. The costume should be hand washed, so that is not applicable to an exchange or refund if the costume arrives in poor condition for this case.
